Meet The Massage Therapist
Hi, I'm Alexis. I help people like you, get relief from daily pains whether chronic or seasonal. My goal is to incorporate massage therapy modalities that prepare the client's body for optimal performance in daily activities. I have advanced training in TMJ/TMJD/Buccal massage therapy, with over 30 ceus from both in person training and NCBTMB/ABMP-approved providers. As a member of ABMP, I am committed to ongoing education and professional excellence in the field of bodywork. I help clients with jaw pain, migraines, tension headaches, trigger points and neuromuscular imbalances. My training includes massage techniques not only in TMJ/TMD - a precise, gloved technique that accesses deep jaw muscles to relieve chronic tension and improve mobility but also intra-oral buccal massage.
