Cancellation Policy – Why It Matters

When an appointment is booked, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Unlike many other businesses, massage therapists cannot guarantee that a last-minute cancellation will be filled. Once that time passes, it is lost income that cannot be recovered.

Late cancellations and no-shows directly impact our ability to maintain our practice, cover operating expenses, and continue providing high-quality care to our clients. For this reason, we ask for advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.

We understand that life happens and always appreciate as much notice as possible. This policy is not meant to be punitive—it simply protects the time, energy, and availability set aside specifically for your session.
