Your first TMJ appointment is all about understanding your unique needs. We’ll start with a conversation and a simple assessment to see how your jaw and surrounding muscles are moving. From there, you’ll receive targeted massage tailored to you—focusing on the jaw, head, neck, and shoulders. Intra-oral work may also be included (with your consent) for deeper relief. This session is designed to ease tension, improve function, and set the foundation for future care.​​​​
