Our 45-minute TMJ massage sessions can be performed fully clothed and are tailored to address tension in the jaw, face, neck, and surrounding muscles. When intra-oral techniques are appropriate, we use single-use nitrile gloves, follow industry-standard hygiene protocols, and wear a mask during intra-oral treatment to ensure a safe and professional experience. Other session lengths like 60 & 90 minute will include other areas of the body which would be performed like a normal massage.
